Our special situations group specialized in identifying distressed asset investment opportunities in the US and Europe arising from market and economic fluctuation. We are committed to providing flexible solutions for distressed companies and seek to maximize returns and create long term value. 

Our businesses cover investments in non-performing loans originated by financial institutions, corporate account receivables, defaulted bonds, and non-performing assets securitization investments. We also invest in companies that are experiencing liquidity, operational difficulties or in bankruptcy proceedings and look for turnaround or restructuring. Other special situations investment opportunities induced by financial difficulties or special events.
