Moses Gottlieb is the co-founder of MGF Capital Partners. The company is a subsidiary of MGFI Investment Holdings- a private family investment holding company where he is a managing partner. Moses has over 20 years of experience as a founder and partner of businesses in various industries and the past decade in real estate finance and investments. Moses is primarily responsible for investment management and joint venture partnerships on behalf of the group and works closely with capital partners and investors in Europe. Moses provided strategic investment advisory, capital investment, and business plans for a broad range of real estate projects across most asset classes.

Thomas Schwinger-Caspari

Mr. Schwinger-Caspari is a controlling shareholder and founding member of the Board of Directors of DIP AG. From 2002 he was CFO and CEO of several listed German companies involved in various branches of the property, logistics, and finance sectors. Since 2011, he led and positioned Design Bau AG as a leading property developer for private insurance companies. From 1991, upon completing his degree in business administration, he was employed at KPMG as a chartered accountant, where he was responsible for national and international transaction consultancy. Since 1994 he has been dealing with aspects of the property industry, including but not limited to be the project manager for the merger of “Deutsche Bahn” and “Reichsbahn”.

Senator a.D. Christoph Ahlhaus 

General Counsel

Mr. Ahlhaus is the former senator and Mayor of Hamburg. He has been serving in these and other various official roles for more than ten years. As the president of the conference of all ministers for the interior in Germany in 2010, he was one of Chancellor Angela Merkel’s closest advisors. He’s registered and practicing as a lawyer since 1999 and specializes in the public sector, business law, and real estate investments and developments. Over the years, he successfully closely guided and advised on large real estate developments, including but not limited to project “Forum Museumsinsel” in the center of the German capital Berlin with an investment of about €800 million.
